- Advise clients on renting, selling and finding property
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate between the parties of a deal
- Support the client at every stage — from the first call to signing the contract
- Publish current listings in the company's Telegram channel
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Real estate experience is a plus but not required — we'll train you on the job
- Well-spoken, able to communicate with people and negotiate
- Responsible and results-oriented
- Willing to work for results, not just clock hours
- Knowledge of Russian and Uzbek (English is a plus)
- Flexible work schedule
